8月18日，为共同推进宁波市时空地理信息资源共建共享和智慧交通工作，按照“资源共享、优势互补、长期合作、共同发展”的原则，宁波市测绘与地理信息局和市交通运输委员会经友好协商，双方签署时空信息战略合作协议。

按照协议，宁波市测绘与地理信息局充分运用基础测绘成果、时空信息共享平台以及相关地理信息系统技术为宁波市“智慧交通”等有关工作提供信息化服务；宁波市交通运输委员会为宁波市基础测绘、海洋测绘、共享平台建设、地理国情普查和监测、地图编制等工作提供全市交通专题信息。双方在地理信息资源共享、技术及相关设施、科研与人才培养、项目建设合作等方面开展合作，建立长期有效合作机制。双方还就合作内容扩展、协调部门、管理机制、知识产权和数据保密等方面做出了明确规定。

时空信息是“智慧宁波”的一个重要环节，是“智慧宁波”的重要基础设施。宁波市交通运输委员会的部分数据纳入共享平台并提供社会应用，将进一步推动宁波市培育和形成空间大数据，逐渐彰显空间大数据的经济社会价值，加快“智慧宁波”的建设进程。

According to the agreement, Ningbo surveying and mapping and geographic information bureau make full use of the results of basic surveying and mapping,spatial and temporal information provides the information service platform and related technology of geography information system for the city of Ningbo "wisdom" and other related work; Ningbo City Transportation Committee for the Ningbo cityfoundation, marine surveying and mapping, surveying and mapping platform construction, geographic conditions survey and monitoring the map compilation,provide the city traffic information work. Both sides in the geographic informationresources sharing, scientific research and talent and technology and related facilities, training, project cooperation, cooperation, to establish long term effective cooperation mechanism. Both sides have also expanded cooperation aspectcontent, coordination between departments, management mechanism, intellectual property and confidentiality of data made clear.

Temporal information is "an important part of wisdom," Ningbo "is the important infrastructure of the wisdom of Ningbo". Part of the data of Ningbo City Transportation Committee into sharing platform and provide social applications, will further promote the Ningbo city to cultivate and develop the spatial data, spatialdata gradually highlight the economic and social values, to speed up the construction process of the "wisdom" of Ningbo.
