经过项目组一年半时间的艰苦努力，哈尔滨地图出版社承担的局级重点测绘服务保障工程——黑龙江省市县政府工作用图项目，第一批成果于近期印制完成并分发给地市使用。项目涵盖全省13地市和63县市，共77幅挂图。首批成果包括齐齐哈尔、牡丹江、大庆、鸡西、双鸭山、伊春、七台河、鹤岗、黑河、绥芬河、抚远9地市2直管县共46幅图。 

项目完成后，将首次实现黑龙江省县级以上最新区域地图的全覆盖，有效填补全省大部分市县无图的历史空白，较好满足各级政府的实际需求。项目的实施对服务和推动黑龙江经济社会发展，促进和提升黑龙江局的测绘服务保障能力，将产生积极而深远的影响。项目的实施，也创造了黑龙江测绘地理信息局地图编制历史的多项记录。项目是第一次由黑龙江局立项实施，第一次由省、地、县三级测管部门联合推动，全面应用最新基础测绘成果、地图内容翔实现势好，项目投入小、服务广、影响深远。

After the completion of the project, will be the first to achieve full coverage abovecounty level in Heilongjiang province new areas of the map, effective to fill the gaps in history most of the province's cities and counties without a map, better meet the actual needs of all levels of government. The implementation of the project on the development of services and promote the Heilongjiang economic society, to promote and enhance the Heilongjiang Bureau of Surveying and mapping service support capabilities, will have a positive and far-reaching impact. The implementation of the project, but also created many records of Heilongjiangsurveying and mapping Geographic Information Bureau map compilation of history.The project is the first by the Heilongjiang Bureau of project implementation, the first by the provincial, county, three level of test tube department jointly promote,the comprehensive application of the latest results of basic surveying and mapping,up-to-date map informative, project investment, service wide, profound influence.
