8月11日，《四川测绘地理信息局科技创新平台管理办法》印发实施。

《办法》共有八章三十六条，从职责分工、建设运行、评估考核、经费管理和激励政策等方面，对四川测绘地理信息局科技创新平台管理做出明确规定。《办法》提出实行完成申请和可行性论证程序的建设制度、管理委员会和技术委员会共同指导下的主任负责运行制度、年度检查和评估制度等，要求建立“开放、激励、协同、竞争”的运行机制和人财物相对独立的管理机制，明确规定优先推荐各级创新平台申报的国家、省部级科技项目，优先资助各级创新平台申报的四川局科技项目，优先推荐各级创新平台申报的各类科技人才人选。

《办法》的实施将进一步规范科技创新平台建设与运行管理行为，推动测绘地理信息科技创新体系建设，促进科技成果转化，支撑四川省测绘地理信息事业转型发展。
