8月6日，吉林省第一次地理国情普查劳动竞赛动员大会在长春召开。吉林省第一次地理国情普查劳动竞赛委员会主任，省第一次地理国情普查领导小组副组长、办公室主任，省测绘地信局党组书记、局长张立民出席会议并作动员讲话。省总工会相关负责同志在会上宣读了《关于开展吉林省第一次地理国情普查劳动竞赛的通知》。省测绘地信局副局长郭燕、张凤赞、李文忠，局机关全体工作人员，局属单位领导班子成员、地理国情普查各生产单位项目负责人出席会议。

张立民在会上表示，吉林省第一次地理国情普查一期数据采集工作已全部完成，二期数据采集工作已全面铺开，当前正是提高人员工作积极性，确保项目按期顺利完成的关键时期，要切实组织开展好吉林省第一次地理国情普查劳动竞赛。一是充分认识劳动竞赛的重大意义，以积极的姿态开展地理国情普查劳动竞赛。吉林省第一次地理国情普查劳动竞赛是我省测绘地理信息系统和有关行业单位的首次劳动竞赛活动，对促进我省第一次地理国普查高效优质完成，推动吉林省测绘地理信息事业和产业发展具有重要意义。开展劳动竞赛有利于增强单位竞争力和服务能力，助力测绘地理信息系统和行业单位在新的条件下发展壮大；有利于提升技术创新力，充分调动技术人员刻苦钻研的积极性，凝聚和发挥广大职工智慧和力量；有利于提高职工素质，不断增强职工的学习能力、创新能力、竞争能力和创业能力；有利于构建和谐劳动关系，强化协作能力，建立科学高效的地理国情普查运行机制。二是加强领导，精心组织，以劳动竞赛推进地理国情普查优质高效完成。要加强对劳动竞赛工作的组织领导，精心安排，保证竞赛出成效、出成果。相关单位要积极参加劳动竞赛，形成地理国情生产单位全部参与竞赛、生产参加人员全员参与竞赛的“两覆盖”格局。三是要扎实开展劳动竞赛活动，以竞赛成果全面推进测绘地理信息事业与行业发展。各相关单位要通过参与劳动竞赛，切实促进技术进步、提高质量效率、提升管理能力水平、强化安全保密意识。要通过参与劳动竞赛全面提升我省测绘地理信息技术水平、产品质量和工作效率，掌握应用先进技术设备的能力水平和驾驭重大测绘工程的组织管理能力，提升测绘地理信息战线职工作为测绘人的崇高荣誉感，实现物质成果与精神成果的双丰收。要以更加昂扬向上的气势和认真学习、刻苦钻研，知难而进、锲而不舍、顽强拼搏的进取精神以及创新能力，推进我省测绘地理信息事业蓬勃发展，推进我省地理信息产业加快发展。

为充分发挥劳动竞赛在推进国家重大战略工程实施中的优势作用，按照国务院第一次全国地理国情普查领导小组办公室、中国能源化学工会全国委员会《关于开展第一次全国地理国情普查劳动竞赛的通知》的部署和要求，吉林省第一次地理国情普查领导小组办公室联合吉林省总工会正式启动了吉林省第一次地理国情普查劳动竞赛活动。竞赛以“弘扬测绘精神，监测地理国情，助力生态文明，服务美丽中国”为主题，遵循“优质、安全、节俭、服务、创新、协作”的办赛原则，面向全省测绘地理信息系统和行业中直接参与第一次全国地理国情普查的单位和个人。竞赛内容包括赛组织管理、赛质量控制、赛技术创新、赛团结协作和赛安全保密。

为做好劳动竞赛组织工作，吉林省专门成立了吉林省第一次地理国情普查劳动竞赛委员会，全面负责组织实施劳动竞赛活动。竞赛委员会下设办公室，负责劳动竞赛的具体组织、管理、考评、评选推荐等工作。竞赛委员会将对活动中涌现出的先进单位和个人进行表彰，并从中选优，分别授予吉林省“五一劳动奖状”“工人先锋号”“五一劳动奖章”等荣誉称号。本次劳动竞赛活动将持续到2016年6月。

In order to give full play to the advantages of labor competition in the national major strategic projects implemented in accordance with the State Council, the first national geographic conditions leading group office of the census, Chinese Energy Chemical Union National Committee "to carry out the first national censusgeographic conditions of labor competition notice" deployment and requirements,the Office of Jilin Province, the first national census leading geography group the United Federation of trade unions in Jilin Province officially launched the firstnational census geography in Jilin province labor contest. Competition to "promote the spirit of Surveying and mapping, geographic conditions, power of ecological civilization, the beautiful China service" as the theme, follow the "quality, safety,economical, service, innovation, cooperation" do match principle, directly involved in the first national geographic conditions census units and individuals for the surveying and mapping geographic information system and industry. The competition content including the competition organization and management,quality control, technical innovation cup match, match the unity cooperation andgame security.

To do a good job in labor organizing, Jilin Province, Jilin province has established a special geographical conditions, the first census of labor competition committee,responsible for organizing the implementation of labor competition. The competition committee consists of office, responsible for the specific organization, labor contestmanagement, evaluation, selection and recommend work. The Commission will contest for recognition of the advanced units and individuals in the emergence ofactivities, and select the best, were awarded the Jilin province "five one labor awards" "workers vanguard" "five one labor medal" and other honorary titles. Thelabor contest will continue until 2016 June.
