8月4日，江苏省测绘地理信息局印发《关于加强夏季测绘地理信息安全生产工作的通知》，以应对近期持续的高温炎热天气和测绘生产中可能存在的安全隐患。

通知要求局属各单位要结合夏季气象多变，高温、雷电、暴雨、台风等灾害性天气频发的特点，切实做好夏季测绘地理信息生产的安全管理工作。一是要加强领导，严格落实安全生产责任。单位主要领导作为第一责任人，要亲自抓好安全生产责任制的落实工作。二是要加强管理，确保外业生产安全。各单位要针对基础测绘、数字城市、地理国情普查、海洋滩涂测绘等重大测绘项目野外工作的特点，加强安全生产教育、培训和管理工作，做好中暑、雷击、交通、溺水、塌方等事故的防范工作。三是要加大投入，改善安全生产条件。各单位要加强安全生产基础设施建设，提高安全工作的科技含量。加强设备的检查、保养和管理，定期更新安全设施，创造安全生产的有利环境。四是要加强值守，畅通安全生产信息。及时组织开展夏季安全生产检查工作，严格执行应急值守制度，及时掌握安全生产动态，对出现的各类突发事故和异常情况必须及时、准确上报。

In August 4th, surveying and mapping Geographic Information Bureau of Jiangsu Province issued the "notice" on the strengthening of Surveying and mappinggeographic information production safety work in the summer, in response to the recent sustained high temperature hot weather and the potential safety hazard in surveying and mapping production.

Notification requirements for all units subordinate to combine the summer weatheris changeable, high temperature, lightning, rainstorm, typhoon frequent disastrous weather characteristics, to improve the safety management of Surveying and mapping geographic information production in summer. The first is to strengthen leadership, the implementation of safe production responsibility strictly. The unit's key leaders as the first responsible person, to implement the responsibility system for production safety work personally. Two is to strengthen management, to ensure the safety production. Each unit should according to the characteristics of major surveying and mapping projects of basic surveying and mapping, digital city,geographical conditions survey, sea surveying in field work, strengthen the education, training and management of production safety accident, do heatstroke,lightning, drowning, traffic, such as collapse prevention. Three is to increase investment, improve the conditions for safe production. Each unit should strengthen infrastructure construction safety in production, improve the technology content of safety work. Strengthen the equipment inspection, maintenance andmanagement, regularly updated safety facilities, create a favorable environment for safety production. Four is to strengthen the duty, smooth production safetyinformation. Timely organize summer production safety inspection, strictly enforce the emergency duty system, timely grasp the safety production dynamic, the emergence of various kinds of emergencies and abnormal situation must be timely,accurate reporting.
