近日，陕西测绘地理信息局召开第二轮《陕西省志·测绘志》编纂工作推进会。陕西局党组副书记、副局长，第二轮《陕西省志·测绘志》编纂委员会副主任、主编成燕辉出席会议并讲话。陕西局巡视员，编纂委员会副主任、副主编臧克福出席会议。各设区市测绘地理信息行政主管部门、陕西局有关处室以及全省甲级测绘资质单位有关负责人40余人参加会议。

成燕辉代表陕西局党组向各部门和资质单位对测绘志编纂工作给予的支持和配合表示感谢，并就加快测绘志编纂进度提出要求：一要提高认识，狠抓落实，按时完成征求意见工作；二要精益求精，保证质量，通过征求意见进一步完善志书资料，确保第二轮测绘志经得起实践和历史的检验，充分发挥其“资治、教育、存史”的作用，为推进陕西省测绘地理信息事业持续健康发展提供保障。

臧克福通报了第二轮测绘志编纂的基本情况，并对2014年下半年的主要工作进行了部署。他指出，自2011年5月第二轮《陕西省志·测绘志》编纂工作正式启动后，在陕西局党组的正确领导下，经全省各级测绘行政地理信息主管部门和甲乙级测绘资质单位的共同努力，编委会办公室陆续完成调研准备、人员培训、资料征集、资料整理、资料催交、初稿撰写、技术审查等阶段工作。截至2014年6月已形成90余万字的征求意见稿，较好地完成了省政府交付的志书续修的阶段性任务。臧克福强调，各市级测管部门和甲级资质单位要高度重视志书征求意见工作，确保按时保质完成任务。

为保证志书征求意见工作取得实效，测绘志编委会办公室撰写了第二轮测绘志编纂说明，并针对资料问题提出了具体征集和改进要求。会上，编委会办公室将《陕西省志·测绘志》（征求意见稿）和编纂说明等向各市级测管部门和甲级测绘资质单位代表进行了发放，并于会后向全省乙级测绘资质单位寄送了征求意见稿和编纂说明。各设区市测管机构和全省甲乙级测绘资质单位将按要求组织相关人员和专家审查志书，补充资料，并提出具体修改意见和建议。
