“走遍三湘四水的每一方角落，丈量我们脚下的每一寸土地，湖南省地理国情普查，感谢您的支持”……日前，在长沙公交移动电视，私家车、的士的收音机里，播放着温馨的地理国情普查宣传片和公益播报，为骄阳似火的城市送来了丝丝清凉。

7月，湖南启动了地理国情普查宣传月活动，与湖南人民广播电台、长沙广电数字移动传媒等多家媒体开展合作。在长沙城区3000多台公交车上，利用移动电视媒体的传播力，制作并投放了多个版本的地理国情普查宣传短片，从7月28日开始集中在早中晚高峰时段播出40天。据市民反映，宣传片全面反映了地理国情普查对生态经济发展和民众生活的深远意义，为他们了解普查工作提供了帮助。

同时，湖南厅与湖南人民广播电台“FM938潇湘之声”合作，邀请湖南省普查办任务承担单位负责人录制了地理国情普查宣传公益提醒，在电台整点播报，并录制了“地理国情普查公益宣传介绍片”，每天在早、中、晚黄金时段播出。

今年以来，湖南省地理国情普查办公室高度重视宣传工作，充分利用广播、电视、报刊、互联网等新闻媒体，切实加大地理国情普查工作各方面的宣传力度，先后报请省政府新闻办召开第一次地理国情普查新闻发布会，开通了湖南省地理国情普查网络专栏、专题微博、微信，组织中央驻湘和省内主流媒体对该省地理国情普查各项工作进展进行了集中报道，新华社、中国经济网、文汇报、湖南日报、湖南人民广播电台、湖南卫视等40余家媒体累计发稿300余篇，有力推动了地理国情普查工作。
