为加强部门合作，有效推动各省地理国情普查监测以及测绘地理信息跨越发展，7月25日，中国测绘科学研究院与云南省测绘地理信息局在昆明签署战略合作协议。

双方将以互利双赢、共同发展为目标，充分发挥各自优势，平等互利、优势互补，加强测绘地理信息科技创新合作研究；建立研究院与云南局科技成果直接对接机制，争取将一批测绘地理信息科技成果应用于云南省地理国情普查与监测；双方还将建立人员定期互访交流机制，更好地促进地理国情普查统计分析、重要地理国情监测等工作。

本次战略协议的签署，是落实局长座谈会精神的一项重要举措，研究院要以局长座谈会精神为指导，充分发挥创新驱动发展的作用，将双方合作推向更深层次，共同推进双方乃至测绘地理信息转型发展。

签字仪式后，双方就地理国情普查基本统计和综合统计、地理国情要素提取与解译以及地理国情普查外业生产等进行了深入交流座谈。

In order to strengthen the cooperation between departments, effectively promotethe surveying and monitoring of geographical conditions and the surveying and mapping geographic information development, July 25th, surveying and mappingGeographic Information Bureau China Academy of Surveying and mapping ofYunnan Province signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Kunming.

The two sides will to mutual benefit, common development as the goal, give full play to their respective advantages, equality and mutual benefits, complementaryadvantages, enhance the research and innovation of Surveying and mappinggeographic information science and technology cooperation; to establish research institute and the Yunnan Bureau of science and technology achievements direct docking mechanism, for a number of Surveying and mapping geographic information science and technology achievements applied in Yunnan ProvinceSurvey and monitoring of both geographical conditions; will also establish a regularexchange mechanism, to better promote the analysis of geographical conditions,the census monitoring important geographic conditions etc..

Signed the strategic agreement, is an important measure to implement the spirit of the forum's director, research institute to the Secretary for the guidance of the spirit, give full play to the role of innovation driven development, the cooperation between the two sides to deeper administrative levels, the two sides to jointly promote and surveying and mapping Geographic information transformation anddevelopment.

After the signing ceremony, the two sides geographic conditions census basic statistics and comprehensive statistics, geographical situation element extractionand interpretation and geographical conditions outside the industry surveyconducted in-depth exchange forum.
