近日，河北省地理信息局与省地震局在石家庄举行了数据共享与科技交流合作框架协议签字仪式。河北省省国土资源厅副厅长、省地理信息局局长高献计与河北省地震局局长孙佩卿分别代表双方在合作协议上签字。

合作双方按照“相互支持，优势互补，避免重复，实现双赢”的原则，以促进科技创新，推动成果转化为目的，促进基础地理信息数据在地震领域的应用，实现基础地理空间数据与有关地震信息的共建共享，避免地理空间信息数据及其平台的重复建设和非标准化生产。

协议明确了双方在高分遥感数据、基础地理信息数据、卫星定位观测数据、流动重力测量、水准测量、流动地磁、应急救援等成果的数据共享、相关科技项目、应急救援演练、人才培养等方面的合作内容。

双方将在协议确定的框架基础上长期开展友好合作，建立基础地理空间信息与地震信息资源共建共享机制和数据交换制度，最大限度地满足双方的工作需要。

Recently, Hebei Province Bureau of geographic information and the provincial earthquake bureau held a data sharing and exchange of science and technologycooperation framework agreement signing ceremony in Shijiazhuang. Director of Geographic Information Bureau deputy director general, Hebei ProvincialDepartment of land and resources with high to the Seismological Bureau of Hebei province Sun Peiqing, representing the two sides signed the agreement on cooperation.

Cooperation between the two sides in accordance with the "support each other,complementary advantages, avoid duplication, to achieve a win-win" principle, to promote scientific and technological innovation, promote the transformation for the purpose, to promote the application of fundamental geographic information data in earthquake areas, realization of basic geographic spatial data sharing and co construction of seismic information, avoid duplication of geospatial information dataand platform and non standardized production.

The agreement clearly both data in high resolution remote sensing data, basic geographic information data, satellite positioning data, mobile gravity measurement, leveling, geomagnetic, emergency rescue, achievement sharing,technology project, emergency rescue drills, personnel training and other aspects of the content of cooperation.

The framework of the agreement the two sides will determine the long-termdevelopment of friendly cooperation, sharing mechanism and data exchange system based geospatial information and seismic information resource, satisfy theneeds of both parties.
