近日，国家测绘地理信息局第一大地测量队承接的中国计量科学研究院国家野外大长度低温基准装置项目顺利开工建设。 

该项目位于我国漠河的北极村，毗邻俄罗斯，是全国平均气温最低的地区。按照合同要求，一大队项目组在去年完成基岩桩的基础上，今年将建造5040米基线场观测墩15座、天文方位标准1套和连续跟踪站1站点。目前，项目组已完成室内天文方位标准和连续跟踪站的建造工作，预计8月上旬完成其它基准装置的建设。

国家野外大长度低温基准装置可为大长度仪器高纬度低温地区量值传递可靠性和稳定性的研究、定向设备不同纬度极端温度模型及稳定性的研究、GNSS接收机及CORS系统量值的溯源技术和远程校准方式的研究等工作提供宝贵的实验数据。目前，我国的大长度仪器广泛应用于航空、航天、航海导航、武器制导、大型工程监测等领域，其应用温度范围为-40℃至70℃。

该项目的顺利实施，从计量基准装置安装、施工等方面为技术人员积累了宝贵经验，同时也拓宽了国测一大队测绘计量科研方面的综合业务。

The project is located in China's Mohe County Arctic village, adjacent to Russia, isthe national average temperature minimum region. In accordance with the contract requirements, a team project group completed the foundation rock pile in the last year, will build 5040 m baseline field observation pier 15, astronomical azimuthstandard 1 sets and continuous tracking station 1 site this year. At present, the project team has completed the interior of astronomical azimuth standards andcontinuous tracking station construction work, construction is expected in early August to complete other benchmark device.

National field length of low temperature reference device for large length instrumentin high latitude area at low temperature value transmission reliability and stability ofdirectional device, different latitude extreme temperature model and Study on the stability, GNSS receiver and CORS system of value traceability technology and remote calibration research work provides valuable experimental data. At present,large length instrument in China are widely used in the fields of aviation,aerospace, navigation, weapon guidance, large engineering monitoring, theapplication temperature range of -40 ℃ to 70 ℃.

The smooth implementation of the project, the installation, from the standard ofconstruction has accumulated valuable experience for the technical personnel, also widened the country of a group test of measurement research aspects of the comprehensive business.
