7月18日，青海省测绘地理信息局召开全局干部大会，通报2014年全国测绘地理信息局长座谈会情况，传达国家测绘地理信息局党组书记、局长库热西的重要讲话精神。

会议指出，库热西局长在讲话中明确提出测绘地理信息工作在国家发展改革大局中的三大定位，强调要全面深化基础测绘建设、测绘地理信息服务模式、科技创新体制、测绘统一监管、管理体制机制等五个方面的改革，对于全面深化测绘地理信息领域改革，对于推进测绘地理信息事业发展具有重要意义。

会议要求，机关各处室、局属各单位要深入贯彻落实全国测绘地理信息局长座谈会精神，认真学习库热西局长讲话精神，深刻领会精神实质，认清形势，找准定位，加快改革创新和转型升级。全局广大干部职工要奋发有为，敢于担当，进一步提高工作效率，大胆创新，推动青海测绘地理信息事业快速发展。
