近日，河北省地理信息局印发《关于学习贯彻〈河北省政府办公厅关于促进地理信息产业发展的实施意见〉的通知》，对学习贯彻省政府关于促进地理信息产业发展的实施意见提出具体要求。

《通知》指出，《实施意见》明确提出了当前和今后一个时期全省地理信息产业的发展目标要求、推动发展的重点领域以及支持保障地理信息产业发展的政策措施，充分体现了地理信息产业在经济社会发展中的战略地位，体现了省政府对测绘地理信息工作的高度重视，对推动全省地理信息产业转型升级、跨越发展具有十分重要和深远的意义。

《通知》要求，各市国土资源局（地理信息局）要将国办意见和《实施意见》结合起来学习，进一步统一思想，提高认识，结合数字城市、天地图、智慧城市建设等重点项目建设，切实加强对产业发展的宏观指导，强化基础地理信息支撑，加快数字城市建设与应用步伐，拓宽天地图应用领域，进一步增强服务意识，提升服务能力，优化产业发展环境。认真分析研究本地地理信息产业发展的环境条件和优势资源，尽快研究制定促进地理信息产业发展的贯彻实施意见，明确产业发展的重点任务和目标，落实推动产业发展的具体职责和责任，为促进产业发展提供政策保障。加大宣传力度，下大力气争取当地政府以及政府相关部门的理解和支持，推动《实施意见》中有关科技、人才、财政、税收、金融、法规等政策措施的落实。

《通知》明确，机关各处（室）、局属各单位要根据本部门职责和单位实际，切实抓好《实施意见》的宣传贯彻工作，抓紧落实各项政策措施，加快推进转型发展。要通过各种渠道，广泛深入宣传《实施意见》出台的重要意义，深入宣传省地理信息产业发展的良好基础和美好前景。加强与相关部门的沟通协调，切实将丰富数据资源、推进数据共享、加强政策引导和财税金融扶持等各项任务措施逐一落到实处，营造促进地理信息产业加速集聚、加快发展的良好氛围和环境。
