7月18日，福建省测绘地理信息局召开上半年工作汇报会。

会议听取了局直属各单位、各处室关于2014年上半年各项工作任务的完成情况的汇报，分析了存在的问题及薄弱环节，提出下半年抓好各项工作的措施和办法。

会议指出，2014年上半年，福建省测绘地理信息局认真贯彻落实全国测绘地理信息局长会议精神，围绕省委、省政府中心工作部署，以地理国情普查为重点，统筹推进基础测绘建设，进一步提升测绘地理信息保障能力和服务水平，为福建科学发展跨越发展提供了重要的测绘地理信息保障服务。

会议强调，开展地理国情普查是党中央、国务院在新形势下做出的一项重要决策，是2014年局各项工作的重中之重任务。要统一思想，提高认识，抓好各项生产计划的落实，确保按时保质保量完成普查工作。要强化地理国情普查涉密数据的保密管理工作，确保普查成果安全。要加强地理国情普查资金使用的管理，做好项目预算编制，确保项目资金专款专用。

会议明确了下半年总体工作安排，重点做好六方面工作：一是加强学习，贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会精神和习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神。二是大力推进地理国情普查，抓好农村土地确权测绘工作。三是加强基础测绘，抓好“十二五”规划项目的落实。四是贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于促进地理信息产业发展的意见》，促进地理信息产业发展。五是坚持管放结合，推动测绘法制建设。六是强化版图意识，抓好地图市场监管工作。

局直属各单位领导班子成员，局机关副处级以上干部，省测绘学会秘书长参加会议。

In July 18th, Fujian Provincial Bureau of Surveying and mapping geographic information held in the first half of the work of reporting.

The meeting pointed out, the first half of 2014, surveying and mapping Geographic Information Bureau of Fujian Province, conscientiously implement the spirit of conference of director of national surveying and mapping geographic information,around the deployment of provincial Party committee and government, the center,with geographic conditions survey as the key point, promote the overall development of the basis of Surveying and mapping, surveying and mappinggeographic information to further improve the security capability and level of service, to provide surveying and mapping geographic information serviceimportant for the scientific development of Fujian development.

The meeting stressed the development of geographical conditions, the census is an important decision of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, madeunder the new situation, is the most important tasks in the office work in 2014. To unify their thinking, enhance understanding, grasp the implementation of production plans, to ensure timely completion of the quality of census work. To strengthen the geographic conditions survey classified data security management,ensure the safety of the census results. To strengthen the geographic conditionssurvey of use of funds management, project budget, ensure the project earmarked funds.

The meeting clearly the overall work in the second half to arrange, focus on sixaspects: one is to enhance learning, implementing the general secretary of the party's eighteen plenary session of the spirit and the spirit of the important speechXi Jinping series. Two is vigorously promoting the geographic conditions survey,focus on rural land is the right work of Surveying and mapping. Three is to strengthen basic surveying and mapping, to the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" the implementation of the project. The four is to implement the "Office of the State Council on the promotion of the development of geographic information industryviews", promote the development of geographic information industry. Five is to insist on tube combined with promoting the legal construction, surveying and mapping. Six is to strengthen the territory consciousness, grasp the market supervision work map.
