7月16日，天津市规划局召开测绘地理信息重点工作部署会，传达贯彻2014年全国测绘地理信息局长座谈会精神，研究部署下半年测绘地理信息重点工作。局领导，局机关相关处室、各区县分局测绘地理信息工作负责人、局属各测绘单位负责人参加会议。

会议通报了全国测绘地理信息局长座谈会情况，传达了国家测绘地理信息局党组书记、局长库热西的讲话精神，并对天津测绘地理信息工作下半年工作提出六点要求：一是要深入贯彻落实国家测绘地理信息局长座谈会精神，全系统各单位要组织认真学习库热西局长讲话精神，深刻领会精神实质，结合天津实际，研究思考深化测绘地理信息改革的新思路、新举措。二是要全力以赴做好国情普查工作，积极推进各项生产任务，确保普查任务高标准高质量完成。三是要大力扶持测绘地理信息产业发展，尽快出台《天津市促进地理信息产业发展的实施意见》。优化地理信息产业发展环境，进一步激发市场活力，推动产业强劲增长。四是要增强测绘地理信息服务保障能力，以“建设美丽天津”为目标，围绕“艺术城市、花园城市、生活城市、活力城市”四个方面，加快测绘信息化建设，完善地理信息资源共建共享机制，改善成果管理模式和服务手段，提升服务能力。五是要加强测绘地理信息市场和安全监管，认真执行新的测绘资质管理办法和分级标准，研究细化有利于天津行业发展的管理措施，构建规范有序、蓬勃发展的测绘地理信息市场。六是要加快推动测绘科技创新和成果转化，加强基础研究和能力建设，进一步拓展天地图·天津的应用范围，开发特色地图产品，提高测绘科技服务保障能力和水平。
