7月18日上午，广西测绘地理信息局召开会议，传达学习全国测绘地理信息局长座谈会精神。局领导，机关处室负责人、局属各单位党政主要负责人近40人参加会议。

会议着重传达了国家测绘地理信息局党组书记、局长库热西在全国测绘地理信息局长座谈会上的讲话精神，并对贯彻落实座谈会精神进行具体部署，会议就库热西局长的讲话进行了讨论，认为讲话内容丰富，特别是联系当前改革发展的实际比较紧密，提出了许多新思想和新思路，对广西局下一步工作开展具体重要的指导意义。

会议就切实贯彻落实库热西局长讲话精神提出五点要求：一是要加强学习，积极谋划深化改革思路。特别是要在深入学习贯彻党的十八届三中全会精神和习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神的基础上，分析总结上半年工作形势，研究谋划深化测绘地理信息领域改革的思路对策。二是要准确把握定位，切实落实国家局的战略部署。要围绕“全力做好测绘地理信息服务保障，大力促进地理信息产业发展，尽责维护国家地理信息安全”的定位思路，继续实施“构建智慧中国、监测地理国情、壮大地信产业、建设测绘强国”的总体战略。三要围绕“五个深化改革”，抓实抓好下半年工作。四要认清广西地理国情普查工作面临的严峻形势，加强措施，赶上进度、保证质量。五要落实“四个要求”，凝聚力量，振奋精神，确保圆满完成今年各项工作，推动广西测绘地理信息事业改革发展。
