为进一步加强项目组织管理，确保地理国情普查顺利实施，7月16日至18日，吉林省第一次地理国情普查领导小组办公室组织专家深入省基础测绘院、省地理信息院、省航测遥感院、省基础地理信息中心等生产单位，开展地理国情普查第四次督导活动。

此次督导活动紧密围绕“严把质量关”这一核心，重点对各生产单位普查工作的组织管理、技术标准落实、一检二检工作实施等情况进行了督查。当前，吉林省地理国情普查一期任务正处于收尾阶段，前期数据采集和处理工作已基本完成，大量影像进入质检阶段，一检、二检工作面临巨大压力。督导组要求各生产单位切实明确“质检就是生命”的工作要求和“优质高效完成普查任务，全力确保普查成果质量”的工作目标，以高度的责任心和使命感完成好一检、二检工作任务。现阶段，各生产单位要从科学管理、统筹协调入手，严格落实项目要求，加强一线技术指导，配足一检、二检作业力量，保证向省普查办提交的过程成果符合预期要求。同时，各单位还要积极总结项目一期任务生产经验，不断改善组织管理，提升基层作业人员素质，努力提高二期任务工作效率和成果质量。要按照省普查办统一部署，积极开展普查成果应用开发，着力提升测绘地理信息公共服务水平。督导组还听取了各单位对项目近期进展情况的汇报，对生产技术问题进行了有针对性的指导。

吉林省第一次地理国情普查启动后，省普查办不断强化统一管理，先后四次派出督导组，深入各生产单位进行专题督查，内容涉及技术标准落实、管理制度建设、生产进度协调、质量成果管控等多个方面，有力地确保了全省地理国情普查项目的整体推进和顺利实施。
