为切实掌握局属各单位地理国情普查的各项工作进度，7月16日上午，云南省第一次全国地理国情普查领导小组办公室组织召开地理国情普查工作推进会。会议由省第一次全国地理国情普查领导小组副组长、办公室主任，省测绘地理信息局局长耿弘主持。省普办领导、工作人员以及局属各有关单位主要领导、技术负责人及进度上报统计员参加会议。

会议传达了国家测绘地理信息局库热西局长、李维森副局长在第一次全国地理国情普查现场交流会上的讲话精神。局属各单位汇报了地理国情普查生产进度、质量检验、存在的问题及困难、采取的措施、“战区负责制”等情况。承担全省普查影像统一制作及分发的单位汇报了影像制作进度、影像资料提交及分发情况。

会议强调：一是各单位要加强沟通和协调，进一步掌握国普办相关政策、工作标准，努力推进普查工作。二是在生产组织上要重视关键性环节，如全省普查影像统一制作完成较好，但统计上报环节上认识有偏差，上报的工作进展与实际不符，应立即纠正。三是要求加强“二检”工作，确保成果质量。四是由省普办制定“战区负责制”工作职责，明确工作重点、目标和责任，要求各战区负责单位加强责任感，加大对责任区任务承担单位管理力度。五是坚持边普查边应用，及时应用普查成果,发挥普查成果社会效益。六是进一步建立健全测绘地理信息数据的保密管理制度，强化测绘地理信息数据的安全保密措施，确保国家秘密安全。七是如实上报工作进展，转变作业方式，做到边作业，边质检。

此次普查工作推进会的召开为加快云南省全面铺开地理国情普查工作奠定了扎实基础。

The meeting stressed: one is that each unit should strengthen communication and coordination, further grasp the GuoPu do relevant work standards, policies, effortsto advance the work of the census. Two is in production organization should pay attention to the key links, such as the unity of the province census image madegood, but the statistical reporting link understanding deviation, work in progressreport inconsistent with the actual, should immediately correct. Three is therequirement to strengthen the "two check" work, to ensure the quality of the outcome. The four is to develop a "theater responsibility system" by the provincialgeneral office duties, clear focus, objectives and responsibilities, the theaterresponsible units to strengthen the sense of responsibility, increase the unit to undertake the management responsibility for task. Five is to insist on census edge application, timely application of census results, use of census results social benefits. Six is to further establish and improve the surveying and mappinggeographic information and data security management system, strengthen thesecurity of Surveying and mapping geographic information data, ensure the security of state secrets. Seven is to truthfully report the progress of work, change the mode of operation, do homework, edge quality inspection.

The census work to promote the meeting in order to speed up the Yunnan province comprehensively launched geographic conditions survey work has laid a solid foundation.
