7月15日，四川测绘地理信息局召开干部大会，传达学习全国测绘地理信息局长座谈会精神。局领导，机关副处以上干部，局属单位班子成员及部分科室负责人近100人参加会议。

会议着重传达了国家测绘地理信息局党组书记、局长库热西在全国测绘地理信息局长座谈会上的讲话精神，并对贯彻落实讲话精神做出部署。会议认为，库热西局长的讲话内容丰富，既有理论高度，也非常务实具体，有很多新提法和新思想，对川局工作具有重要的指导意义。会议要求，全局广大干部职工要认真学习领会，并与单位、部门的工作实际相结合，认真贯彻落实。

会议就深入贯彻落实库热西局长讲话精神提出三点要求。一要认清当前面临的形势，增强紧迫感和责任感，以高度的政治敏锐性和自觉性，在思想上、行动上自觉与国家局党组深化改革的部署安排保持高度一致。二要深刻理解把握测绘地理信息工作在国家改革发展中的定位与重点，主动融入、服务国家及全省经济社会发展大局和重大战略部署，深入调查研究，科学谋划“十三五”规划和全局生产力布局，加快实现转型升级。三要进一步振奋精神，奋发有为，抢抓新一轮深化改革的机遇，抓紧重大项目实施，完善测绘管理体制机制，持续打造事业发展平台，激发产业市场活力，推动事业转型升级。
