7月14日上午、15日下午，江西省测绘地理信息局连续召开局务会和省地理国情普查领导小组办公室全体成员会议，传达学习2014年全国测绘地理信息局长座谈会精神。会议均由省国土资源厅党组成员、局长高振华同志主持。局领导班子成员、机关处室、局属事业单位负责同志及省地理国情普查办全体成员分别参加会议。

会上，高振华通报了2014年全国测绘地理信息局长座谈会情况，传达了国家测绘地理信息局党组书记、局长库热西的讲话精神，并结合江西省测绘地理信息工作实际，就如何贯彻落实此次局长座谈会精神提出六点要求：一是全局干部职工要认真学习领会库热西局长讲话精神，深刻理解把握测绘地理信息工作在国家改革发展中的三大定位和全面深化测绘地理信息五大方面的改革。各处室、各单位要及时将此次会议精神传达到本单位每一位职工，并切实抓好会议精神的贯彻落实。二是要加快推进地理国情普查和地理信息产业发展两大重点工作。要把地理国情普查工作作为当前测绘地理信息部门压倒一切的头等重要大事来抓，切实加快普查工作进度，高度重视普查成果质量，建立全省地理国情普查督查通报、约谈机制，加大督查、检查频率，强化技术保障、综合统计分析和宣传工作。要切实抓好《国务院办公厅关于促进地理信息产业发展的意见》的贯彻落实，争取尽快出台《江西省关于促进地理信息产业发展的实施意见》。三是要以正在进行的事业单位分类改革为契机,调整优化全省测绘地理信息事业布局,推进测绘地理信息部门全面深化改革。四是要整合数字城市、地理国情监测、天地图建设成果，提高地理信息公共服务能力。五是要开展好“十三五”规划编制工作，进一步健全市、县测绘地理信息行政管理体制，加大与省国土厅有关处室业务协作，强化测绘地理信息统一监管。六是深入实施“新五子工程”，加强领导班子、人才队伍和测绘文化建设，提升队伍改革创新转型升级能力。

会议同时还决定，将在8月上旬召开全省地理国情普查推进会和全局经济工作会议，进一步广泛深入学习贯彻全国测绘地理信息局长座谈会精神，深入研究谋划深化改革促发展的工作新思路新举措。
