7月10日，辽宁省测绘地理信息局在鞍山市召开数字城市建设工作座谈会。辽宁省测绘地理信息局副局长柏惠印出席会议并讲话。

会上，鞍山、丹东、锦州、营口、辽阳和葫芦岛6市汇报了本市数字城市建设进展情况及下一步工作计划。省测绘地理信息局业务处室及相关单位解答了数字城市建设相关问题。

柏惠印在讲话中充分肯定了鞍山等6个市的数字城市建设工作。他说，各市政府和有关部门对数字城市地理空间框架建设工作给予高度重视，建立了完善的组织保障体系，按计划投入了建设资金，确保了项目顺利进行。项目承建单位对项目建设的各个环节严格按数字城市建设的要求组织实施，按计划完成了各阶段的建设任务。

柏惠印强调，鞍山等6个市要做好数字城市建设验收前的各项准备工作，一是加强项目各实施单位的管理，做好各个子项目的收尾工作，严格按合同约定，保证各子项目按期保质保量完成。二是做好与应用示范单位的沟通协调工作。三是做好支撑环境的运行维护工作。四是做好建立长效机制的工作，强化公共平台的权威性、唯一性、通用性。五是要提前做好天地图市级分节点的建设和接入工作。六是要做好建设成果推广应用的准备及建设成果的归档工作。省测绘地理信息局机关业务处室和相关直属单位要做好数字城市建设过程中的各项服务和指导工作。

Bai Huiyin fully affirmed the digital city construction of Anshan City, 6 in the speech.He said, the municipal government and relevant departments attach great importance to the digital city geo spatial framework of the construction work, set up perfect guarantee system, according to the plan invested funds for construction, to ensure the smooth progress of the project. The project construction units in each link of the project in strict accordance with the requirements of organization and implementation of digital city construction, completed according to plan the various stages of construction tasks.

Bai Huiyin emphasizes, the 6 city of Anshan to do the digital city constructionapproval before, one is to strengthen the implementation of project management unit, finishing touches each sub project, strictly according to the contract,guarantee the quality and quantity to complete the project on schedule. Two is thecommunication and coordination work and application demonstration unit. Three is to do a good job of supporting environment of the operation and maintenance work. Four is to do a good job in the establishment of long-term mechanism,strengthen the authority of public platform, uniqueness, general. Five is to do a good job day map municipal sub node construction and access the work ahead of time. Six is the result to make application achievements in construction preparation and construction of archive work. Provincial Surveying and mapping geographic information bureau business offices and relevant units to do a good job in the service and guidance in the construction of digital city.
