从2014年7月开始,江苏南京、镇江、常州地区的“北斗”用户,可快速实现厘米级高精度定位,满足测绘、国土资源管理、规划管理、工程建设等高精度测量用户的业务需求。
北斗卫星导航系统自2012年底正式提供区域服务以来,其应用已经深入到如航天、航空、航海、公路与铁路、通信、测绘、气象、环境、农业、车辆导航与监控管理、公共安全与应急救援等,形成了巨大的市场。为了更好服务江苏经济建设,推动北斗系统的推广应用,2013年江苏省全球导航卫星连续运行参考站综合服务系统(JSCORS)启动北斗兼容升级改造项目,在JSCORS原有基础设施的基础上,对现有设备、系统进行改造,建设兼容北斗的多星多模GNSS连续运行参考站网络,为全省各行业和个人用户提供高精度导航与位置服务。
截至2014年7月,项目已完成南京、镇江、常州地区11个站点的升级改造工作,覆盖南京、镇江、常州,以及扬州、无锡、泰州部分地区。经测试,改造后系统的可用性和可靠性上得到了显著提升,可实现厘米级北斗系统的快速定位,定位精度和现有CORS系统相当。
预计2015年底北斗卫星高精度导航与位置服务将覆盖江苏省全境,届时,江苏省将建成基于北斗、GPS、GLONASS等多星多模GNSS高精度、高覆盖率的导航与公共位置服务体系。

In order to better serve the economic construction of Jiangsu, promote the popularization and application of Beidou System in Jiangsu Province, in 2013 the global navigation satellite continuously operating referencestation integrated service system (JSCORS) to start the compatible upgrade project, based on the original JSCORS infrastructure, the existing equipment,system transformation, the construction of Beidou satellite multimode GNSScompatible with continuous operation reference station network, provide highprecision navigation and location service for various industries across the provinceand individual users.
As of 2014 July, upgrading project has been completed in Nanjing, Zhenjiang,Changzhou area in 11 sites, covering Nanjing, Zhenjiang, Changzhou, and Yangzhou, Wuxi, Taizhou area. After testing, the availability and reliability of the system after reconstruction has been significantly improved, can quickly realize the centimeter level positioning of Beidou system, the positioning accuracy and theexisting CORS systems are quite.
Expected by the end of 2015 Beidou satellite navigation and position precisionservices will cover the whole territory of Jiangsu Province, at the appointed time,Jiangsu province will be built, GPS, GLONASS and other satellites of Beidoumultimode GNSS high precision, high coverage of the navigation service and publiclocation system based on. |
