为积极稳妥地推进湖南省第一次地理国情普查工作，加强普查进度与问题的调度和协调，及时解决普查工作中遇到的困难和问题，确保普查工作按计划推进、按时保质完成，经研究，湖南省测绘地理信息局决定建立和完善全省地理国情普查进展与问题调度工作制度。

各地各单位普查进展情况、工作中遇到的技术与质检问题、所需影像与行业专题资料收集情况、省普查办各工作小组工作完成情况将作为调度的主要内容。省地理国情普领导小组办公室（以下简称省普查办）综合协调组按照每周、双周、每月3个时点负责实施调度，汇总调度情况并形成文字报告。各单位安排专人负责收集汇总本地区（本单位）普查工作进展情况、遇到的技术问题与质检问题、影像与行业专题资料需求等。省普查办综合协调组做好各地、各单位上报情况的整理、归纳工作，并对问题处理情况进行跟踪督查督办。为确保普查工作顺利开展，对于普查生产进度滞后的单位，省普查办综合协调组调度人员将及时提醒、督促整改；经督促没有改进的，将对单位分管负责人进行约谈；约谈后仍然没有明显进展的，将报请分管厅领导直至厅主要领导，对责任单位一把手进行约谈。
