近日，吉林省西部地区出现强降雨天气，省气象台在7月7日多次发布雷电黄色预警、暴雨蓝色预警和中小河流气象灾害风险预警。吉林省测绘地理信息局为全力为省防汛抗洪提供地理信息保障，在汛期到来之前，组织省基础地理信息中心与省防汛抗旱指挥部办公室联合编制完成《吉林省系列防洪工程图》，为吉林省部署今年的防汛抗洪工作提供了有力的地理信息支持。

该系列地图幅面为大幅全开，共64张，包括省级防洪工程图、流域级防洪工程图、市（州）级防洪工程图、县（市）级防洪工程图四个子系列。该系列地图编制以吉林省基础地理信息数据库成果为基础，采用了大量全省水利普查数据和防汛资料编制而成，重点标注出主次要堤防、水库大坝、河流湖泊、易发山洪泥石流地区、水闸、涵洞、水文站等防洪工程要素，采用按高程分层设色的地貌晕渲衬底，可较好的反映河流、水系和地势起伏的相互关系，使各级防汛抗旱指挥部和抗洪抢险指挥部第一时间分析出险情易发地，为各级防汛抗旱指挥部和抗洪抢险指挥部分析险情易发地提供了科学、直观的地理信息支持。 

《吉林省系列防洪工程图》还详细绘制有铁路和高速公路，以及国、省、县、乡、村五级道路网，可以帮助决策部门在发生险情时快速规划救援路线，及时调集救援力量和救援物资迅速到达灾区。同时，该图还将全省所有江河防洪工程的详细信息以统计表格的形式列入其中，使防洪工程项目在地图上一目了然，为防汛工作的部署提供了科学、准确的辅助决策信息。

吉林省测绘地理信息局作为省防汛抗旱指挥部成员单位，面对近年来严峻的防汛形势，未雨绸缪、超前谋划，定期召开防汛应急会议，多次开展抗洪抢险测绘地理信息应急演练，及时制作防汛抗洪工程专题地图，共为全省各部门提供专题地图上千幅，为抗洪抢险、保障人民群众生命财产安全、开展灾后重建提供了及时准确的地理信息服务保障，多次受到吉林省委、省政府和国家测绘地理信息局的表彰。该系列地图的编制完成也是吉林局综合运用测绘地理信息技术为各级政府部门提供测绘应急服务保障的又一成功案例。
