为提升全市测绘地理信息管理工作水平，方便市、县两级测绘地理信息行政主管部门依法开展日常各项工作，宜宾市测绘地理信息局近日印制了《宜宾市测绘地理信息管理工作手册》。

工作手册分上、下两篇。上篇收录了《中华人民共和国测绘法》等测绘地理信息相关法律法规和规章，以及宜宾市政府最新出台的《宜宾市〈四川省测绘管理条例〉实施办法》等地方规范性文件，共计27个重要文件。下篇重点围绕测绘地理信息行政执法工作，将相关执法职权进行了详细分解，执法人员可以方便地查询执法法律依据、执法权限、处罚程序和处罚裁量等信息。

宜宾市测绘地理信息局表示，工作手册将陆续发放给市、县两级测绘地理信息管理工作人员，进一步推动并切实规范各项测绘地理信息管理工作的开展，同时陆续分发报送给有关单位和领导，进一步起到宣传测绘地理信息相关法律法规的作用。

In order to improve the city's surveying and mapping geographic informationmanagement level, convenient city, county two level surveying and mappinggeographic information administrative departments to carry out daily activitiesaccording to law, Yibin surveying and mapping Geographic Information Bureau recently published the "Yibin City Surveying and mapping Geographic InformationManagement Handbook".

Manual work is composed of two parts. The included "the relevant laws and regulations and the rules and regulations of the people's Republic of ChinaSurveying and Mapping Law" and other surveying and mapping geographic information, as well as Yibin City Hall issued the latest "Yibin City, SichuanProvince, surveying and mapping management regulations' 'implementation measures" and other local normative documents, a total of 27 important documents. Part two focuses on the surveying and mapping geographic informationadministrative enforcement of law, the relevant law enforcement authorities in detail, law enforcement personnel can conveniently query the information of law enforcement, law enforcement authority, the legal basis for the punishment procedure and the punishment discretion.

Yibin City Bureau of Surveying and mapping geographic information, manual workwill be issued to the city, two county level surveying and mapping geographic information management staff, to further promote and standardize the surveying and mapping geographic information management work, at the same time bedivided in to the relevant units and leadership, to further play to promote surveying and mapping geographic information related laws and regulations of the role.
