近年来，陕西测绘地理信息局依托丰富的测绘地理信息技术，广泛参与国土部门控制网数据处理、第二次全国土地调查、农村集体土地确权等测绘技术服务工作，并取得了显著成效。截至目前，陕西局完成重大国土资源管理协作项目近40个，累计服务产值约1.1亿元。其中，与陕西省汉中市国土资源局合作的第二次全国土地调查项目，获得“中国地理信息协会优秀工程银奖”。

2004年以来，陕西局在与国土部门的业务协作中科学谋划、主动服务，不断拓宽合作领域，测绘地理信息在服务土地规划、土地利用与评价等方面取得重要突破。先后组织参与了新疆、陕西、青海、西藏、宁夏等省份的第二次全国土地调查，陕西省年度土地变更调查与遥感监测，部分地区农村集体土地确权登记发证，陕西省土地专项督察遥感监测影像图制作及土地执法等工作。

2010年，陕西局承担完成黄龙县土地利用总体规划（2006-2020年）修编任务和土地利用总体规划数据库建设任务，标志着陕西局正式进入土地总体规划业务协作领域。

2011年，承担了黄龙县土地整治规划（2010-2020年）任务，业务协作领域向土地专项规划拓展；承担延安市部分区县标准基本农田建设设计任务，业务协作领域向土地详细性规划领域拓展；承担完成陕西省部分区县农用地产能核算项目，耕地质量等级成果补充完善项目及征地统一年产值标准和征地综合区片地价更新任务，在土地利用与评价业务协作领域取得新的进展。

下一步，陕西局将深入贯彻落实姜大明部长6月16日调研指导测绘地理信息工作时关于“深化部局业务协作、提升部局整体能力，加快推进测绘地理信息事业改革创新和转型升级”的重要讲话精神，不断强化测绘地理信息对国土资源管理工作的服务保障作用，促进资源共享和深度合作，增强服务改革发展大局的整体合力，推动全省测绘地理信息事业发展迈上新台阶。

In recent years, Shaanxi Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Surveying and mappinggeographic information based on the geographic information technology rich,broad participation in the land sector control network data processing, the second national land survey, the rural collective land ownership of Surveying and mapping technology and service work, and achieved remarkable results. Up to now, the Shaanxi Bureau of land and resources management completed a majorcooperation projects near 40, accumulative total service value about 110000000yuan. Among them, the second national land survey project in cooperation with the Hanzhoung province Shaanxi City Land Resources Bureau, won the "Geographic Information Association Chinese outstanding project award".

Since 2004, Shaanxi Bureau and land departments of business cooperation in the scientific planning, active service, and continuously expand cooperation areas,surveying and mapping geographic information made an important breakthrough in the service of land planning, land use and evaluation etc.. Has organized andparticipated in the second national land survey in Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Qinghai, Tibet,Ningxia Province, Shaanxi Province, the annual land change survey and remote sensing monitoring of rural collective land ownership, in parts of Shaanxi province land registration certification, special inspectors monitoring by remote sensingimage and land law enforcement work.

In 2010, Shaanxi bureau responsible Huanglong county land use overall planning(2006-2020) update tasks and land use construction task planning overall database, marking the Shaanxi Bureau formally entered into the overall planning of land business collaboration.

In 2011, bear the Huanglong County Land Planning (2010-2020) task, expandcooperation fields to the special planning of land; undertake basic farmland in Yanan part of the county standard construction design task, expand cooperationareas to land detailed planning; bear finished some farmland productivity accounting project counties of Shaanxi Province, the quality of cultivated landgrading results to supplement and improve the standard of unified annual production projects and land acquisition and land comprehensive district land price update task, in the land utilization and evaluation of business cooperation has made new progress.

The next step, Shaanxi will further implement the Secretary Jiang Daming in June 16th to guide research surveying and mapping geographic information work about"deepen business cooperation, promote bureau department overall ability,promoting the spirit of the important speech of Surveying and mapping geographic information service innovation and transformation and upgrading", continuously strengthen the role of Surveying and mapping geographic information service to land and resources management, promote resource sharing and cooperation,enhance the overall service the overall situation of reform and development efforts,to promote the surveying and mapping geographic information industrydevelopment in the province to a new level.
