7月8日,四川省北斗CORS网建设项目设计书通过评审。根据设计方案,四川省今年年底前有望建成100个北斗地面基准站,填补省内北斗高精度位置服务空白。
由中国科学院院士崔鹏等专家组成的评审专家组认为,项目实施方案符合《四川省“十二五”基础测绘发展规划》和《四川省地理信息公共平台建设项目》总体要求,各项技术指标符合国家、行业相关标准,进度安排合理,质量、安全等保障措施明确,项目的实施将有效扩大四川省CORS网覆盖范围,填补四川省北斗高精度位置服务空白,提升北斗卫星导航系统在测绘基准维持中的作用及服务能力。
项目主要实施单位四川省第一测绘工程院负责人介绍,四川省北斗连续运行基准站网建设项目是省地理信息公共平台的重要组成部分,也是全国北斗地基增强系统建设的重要组成部分,通过提高基准站密度、融合多星多频数据,提高系统定位精度,打造国内首个覆盖全省的北斗基准站网络。今年将在全省范围内新建基准站23座,改建原有基准站77座,年底前这100座基准站有望建成,明年可投入推广应用。基准站可利用北斗卫星等多星数据发挥导航定位服务作用,应用定位精度可超过GPS。

The project mainly the implementation of the first engineering of Surveying and mapping units responsible for the Sichuan Province, Sichuan Province, thecontinuously operating reference station network construction project is an important part of geographic information public platform, an important part of the system of construction but also the Beidou ground reinforced, through improving the stand density, fusion of multi frequency data base, improve the system positioning precision, to build the first domestic covering the whole province of thereference station network. This year will be in the range of the new base station 23,alteration of the original base station 77, before the end of the 100 base station is expected to be completed next year, can be put into application. The base stationcan use Beidou satellite, satellite data play a role in navigation and positioningservices, precision positioning applications can be more than GPS. |
