随着《数字余杭地理空间框架建设合作协议书》的正式签署，浙江省63个县（市、区）的数字城市地理空间框架建设项目设计全部通过评审并签订了三方共建协议，标志着浙江省县级数字城市地理空间框架建设项目工作进入全面实施阶段。

自国家开展数字城市地理空间框架建设工作以来，在省委、省政府的高度重视和正确领导下，浙江省11个设区市在浙江省测绘与地理信息局的推荐下，全部被列入国家测绘地理信息局的试点城市或推广城市，并在2013年底，全部完成建设任务并通过验收，较国家测绘地理信息局的要求提前两年完成；其中嘉兴、温州、宁波、杭州等四个城市先后被授予了“全国数字城市建设示范市”的称号。同时，浙江省测绘与地理信息局根据《浙江省人民政府办公厅关于加快数字城市地理空间框架建设促进地理信息公共服务平台应用的通知》的文件精神要求，积极推动浙江省县级城市的数字城市地理空间框架建设工作，在2013年底，63个县级市全部完成了立项工作，到今年上半年，全部完成项目设计的评审及签约工作，为确保完成省委、省政府要求在2015年底县级市全部完成建设任务的目标奠定了坚实基础。

经不完全统计，浙江省各地通过使用数字城市地理空间框架的建设成果，节省了大量财政资金，各类应用项目累计达到了近400个，不同类型的应用项目也近120个，在“两美浙江”、“五水共治”、“三改一拆”等省委、省政府重大决策和信息化建设中发挥了重大作用，社会和经济成效明显。

Since the national work frame construction of digital city geographic space, attach great importance to the correct leadership of the provincial Party committee, and the provincial government, Zhejiang province in 11 districts and cities in ZhejiangProvince Bureau of Surveying and mapping and geographic informationrecommendation, the pilot city are all included in the national surveying and mapping geographic information Bureau of the city or promotion, and at the end of 2013, all construction tasks completed and passed the acceptance, compared with the national surveying and mapping Geographic Information Bureau requirementscompleted two years ahead of them, Wenzhou, Ningbo; Jiaxing, Hangzhou four cityhas been awarded the "National Digital City Construction Demonstration City" title.At the same time, Zhejiang Province Survey and mapping and geographic information bureau according to the spirit of "the general office of the people'sGovernment of Zhejiang Province on accelerating the construction of Digital CityGeospatial Framework to promote circular" geographic information public serviceplatform application documentation requirements, and actively promote the digitalcity geo spatial framework of the construction work of Zhejiang province county level city, at the end of 2013, 63 county-level city all completion of the project work,to the first half of this year, completed the project design contract review and work,laid solid foundation to ensure the completion of provincial Party committee, the provincial government requirements at the end of 2015 County-level City completed the construction tasks.

The incomplete statistics, Zhejiang province through the construction results using digital city geo spatial framework, saves a large amount of financial fund, all kinds of application projects reached a total of nearly 400, application of different types of projects are nearly 120, in the "two Zhejiang", "a total of five water treatment","three to one down" provincial Party committee, the provincial government and other important decisions and information technology has played a major role,social and economic effectiveness of the obvious.
