7月2日，由南京市规划局组织编写的《南京市大比例尺地形图数据标准》（2014版）专家评审会在南京召开,来自北京、上海、安徽、南京等地的业内知名专家参加本次评审。 

与会专家一致认为，《南京市大比例尺地形图数据标准》（2014版）制定的需求分析充分、目标定位准确、内容全面具有可操作性。标准结合南京的具体情况，规范了基于CGCS2000坐标系统的新的南京市测量基准，实现了基础地理数据制图、建库与应用一体化，实现了从图幅管理到单元管理的跨越。有助于提高数据生产、管理与应用水平，数据标准达到了国内领先水平。

《南京市大比例尺地形图数据标准》（2014版）颁布实施是南京市测绘行政主管部门部署落实国家测绘地理信息局《关于加快2000国家大地坐标系推广使用的通知》的重要举措，是南京全面启用2000国家大地坐标系的重要保障。
