近日，江苏省第一次地理国情普查领导小组办公室于南京组织召开全省第一次地理国情普查工作推进会。省测绘地理信息局全体领导和局机关各处室主要负责人，各市、省管县测绘地理信息行政主管部门以及局直属单位负责人参加会议。

会议传达了国家测绘地理信息局局长库热西、副局长李维森在第一次全国地理国情普查现场交流会上的讲话精神，总结了全省前一阶段普查工作，对接省与市、县的普查工作计划，加快普查实施进度，针对性地部署了下一阶段工作，确保按时保质地完成全省普查工作。各地普查办分别汇报了本地区普查进展情况及下一步工作安排。

省普查办主任、省测绘地理信息局局长刘聪和省普查办常务副主任、省测绘地理信息局副局长史照良分别在会议讲话。刘聪首先传达了库热西局长对江苏地理国情普查工作的重要指示，对照国务院进度安排逐条对省普查工作目前进展情况进行了讲评，并就下一步普查工作提出三点要求。一是要深化认识，切实增强使命意识。各级普查机构要着力强化大局意识、责任意识和争先意识，坚持全省普查一盘棋，紧锣密鼓地推进普查工作。二是要强抓精管，全面推进普查实施。各级测绘地信主管部门要加强统筹协调，处理好与其他部门的关系；要增强省市县普查机构联动，做好各方面工作的对接；要把握好进度与质量的关系，确保按时保质地完成好普查任务。三是要扩大影响，充分发挥普查效益。各级要加大对普查工作的宣传力度，努力提升社会与公众对普查的认知程度；充分发挥省技术力量优势，加强关键技术研究，力争形成“江苏特色”普查成果；要加强与基础测绘、天地图、数字城市等项目的融合，最大限度地体现普查成果价值。

史照良通报了省普查办近期主要工作，对下一步全省普查工作进行了部署。一是省与市县要建立定期沟通机制，在关键时点、关键环节上加强统筹管理，及时通报全省普查进展。二是各级普查办要发动成员单位和监理单位参与收集整理资料，主动分析普查需求，最大程度地用好普查资料。三是省普查办技术组与综合协调组要密切配合，及时解决生产过程中遇到的技术、管理、质量和安全等方面的问题。四是省普查办将加大省级质量监督抽查的范围和力度，覆盖全部作业单位、监理单位和成果类型，严格执行“两级检查、一级验收”制度。五是各单位要坚持以人为本的理念，强化安全意识，确保安全生产措施落到实处，杜绝失泄密事件的发生。

Shi Zhaoliang informed the province census office major recent work, the census work next deployment. One is the province and cities and counties to establish regular communication mechanism, strengthen the management on the key link,key point, timely notification of the province census progress. Two levels is thecensus office to mobilize members of units and supervision units involved incollecting information, active screening and analysis of demand, to maximize theuse of census data. Three is the Census Office Technology Group in close coordination and comprehensive coordination group, timely solve the technology,management, quality and safety issues encountered in the production process.Four is the census office will increase the provincial quality supervision and spot checks and intensity, covering all the operating units, supervision units and result types, the strict implementation of the "two check, an approval" system. Five units should adhere to the people-oriented concept, strengthen safety awareness,ensure production safety measures, avoid divulgence events.
