7月4日，2014年四川省地理信息学术讨论暨第二届“天地图·四川”进高校应用开发大赛启动会在成都举行。四川省测绘学会教育与科普专业委员会、地图制图与GIS专业委会成员单位和西南交通大学、电子科技大学等12所高校和部分测绘地理信息企业共80余人参加启动会。

本次大赛面向全省各大高校测绘工程、地理信息、遥感科学与技术、计算机应用技术及相关专业学生，旨在促进天地图·四川的推广应用。大赛分作品提交、作品遴选、专家评审、总结表彰四个阶段，以个人形式和组队形式参加，并设一、二、三等奖和优胜奖，要求参赛者利用天地图·四川提供的地理信息数据、服务接口库、二次开发工具和地图发布系统等资源，开发固定和移动互联网GIS应用作品，发掘旅游、教学、购物、娱乐、交通等各行业的潜在需求。

启动会上，部分测绘地理信息企业代表作了ArcGIS带动空间信息产业链、信息化地理信息产品质量检查与评价系统构建、智慧管线建设等专题演示，与会代表就全省地理信息领域技术创新现状和技术需求进行讨论。

天地图·四川从2007年开始进行探索建设，2011年11月正式上线运行，并已开通了手机版。天地图·四川采取门户网站、应用服务接口、前置服务等多种方式，为重大工程、专业应用、企业增值、百姓生活提供有效服务，2013年5月正式链入四川省政府网站和部分政府部门的门户网站，并被认定为省政府网站唯一地理信息服务平台。目前，已有100多家政府部门、企事业单位运用天地图·四川开展业务工作，在线注册的二次开发用户达1000多个，各类地理信息服务的日均访问量20多万次。

The contest for the surveying and mapping engineering students, universities, GIS,remote sensing science and technology, computer application technology and related professional, aims to promote the popularization and application of the map,Sichuan days. The competition is divided into submission, works selection, expert review, summarize four stages of recognition, to participate in the individual andteam, and set up one or two, three prize and the prize, day map, Sichuan providesgeographic information data, service interface library, two development tools andmap publishing system resource utilization requirements contestants development of fixed and mobile Internet, GIS application works, the potential demand fortourism, exploring teaching, shopping, entertainment, transportation and otherindustries.

To start the meeting, some mapping geographic information businessrepresentative ArcGIS to drive the spatial information industry chain, the informationized geo information product quality inspection and evaluation systemconstruction, pipeline construction project demonstration of wisdom, delegatesdiscussed in the field of geographic information technology innovation present situation and technical requirements.

Day map, Sichuan from 2007 began to explore the construction, in 2011 Novemberofficially launched operation, and has launched a mobile phone version. Day map,Sichuan take portal, application service interface, pre service and other means, to provide effective services for major projects, professional application, enterprise value, the livelihood of the people, in 2013 May formally chain into the Sichuanprovincial government website and part of the government portal website, and was identified as the provincial government website only geographic information service platform. At present, more than 100 government departments, enterprises and institutions use day map, Sichuan to carry out business, two times the development of user online registration reached more than 1000, all kinds of geographic information services daily visits about 200000 times.
