7月3日下午，四川测绘地理信息局与广安市人民政府签订数字广安地理信息公共平台合作协议书。

按照协议，四川测绘地理信息局将数字广安地理信息公共平台建设纳入省数字区域地理信息公共平台进行建设推广，在总体设计、航空摄影、公共平台建设、国家和省级基础测绘成果使用、项目组织协调等方面予以支持，指导项目建设工作。广安市人民政府负责项目组织实施和主要经费落实，负责在市政府各部门推广使用该平台和建立平台的长效运行机制。项目将形成广安市权威的、唯一的和统一的地理信息公共平台，项目建设成果用于市政府各部门管理、决策与公共服务，纳入国家级、省级基础地理信息系统，用于政府宏观决策和公益事业，实现国家、省、市共享。

签订会就项目实施提出三点要求：一是提升认识，加快推进“数字广安”建设。二是加强省市对接，落实和细化广安市基础测绘具体项目，全面推进广安市测绘地理信息事业发展。三是加强行业管理，促进产业发展，以测绘地理信息产业带动全市信息化建设。

下一步，广安市将加快“数字广安”主体工程实施进度，搭建统一共享的地理信息公共服务平台，拓展应用范围，力争将项目建成优良工程、精品工程。

The afternoon of July 3rd, Sichuan people's Government of the relevantgeographic information bureau and Guang'an city signed digital Guang'an geographic information public platform cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, Sichuan surveying and mapping Geographic Information Bureau will be the construction of digital Guang'an geographic information public platform into the digital regional geographic information publicplatform construction, in the overall design, photography, public platform construction, the national and provincial basic surveying and mapping resultsusing, project organization and coordination support, guiding the projectconstruction work. Guang'an Municipal People's Government shall be responsible for the project organization and implementation and the main funds, responsible for the promotion of the use of the platform and establishing long-term mechanismplatform in City Hall departments. The project will be formed in Guang'an City, the only authoritative and unified geographic information public platform for the construction of the project results, City Hall management departments, decision-making and public services, incorporated into the national, provincial basic geographic information system, for the government decision-making and public welfare undertakings, sharing of the state, province, city.

Sign will put forward three requirements: one is to enhance the understanding ofthe project, accelerate the construction of "digital Guang'an". Two is to strengthen the provinces and municipalities docking, the implementation and refinement of Guang'an city based mapping of specific projects, and comprehensively promote the development of Surveying and mapping geographic information service in Guang'an city. Three is to strengthen the management of the industry, promote industry development, promote the city's informatization construction in surveying and mapping geographic information industry.

The next step, Guang'an will speed up the "digital Guang'an" the main part of the project implementation progress, geographic information public service platformintegrated shared, expand the scope of application of the project will be completed,and strive to excellent engineering, quality engineering.
