6月26日，南京市地理国情普查领导小组第一次全体会议召开。南京市政府副市长、市普查领导小组组长陆冰出席会议并讲话。市规划局局长及48个领导小组成员单位和相关单位的责任人出席会议。

会上，陆冰与江宁区等区政府签订了地理国情普查目标责任书。市普查领导小组办公室负责人汇报了南京市地理国情普查工作的背景、进展情况及近期工作任务。

会上，陆冰就做好全市地理国情普查工作提出要求。一是要头脑清醒，思想重视，切实认识地理国情普查的重要意义；二是要准确把握，突出重点，全面落实地理国情普查的各项要求；三是要明确责任，统筹协作，扎实有序高效推进地理国情普查工作。各相关部门要进一步统一思想，明确任务，形成合力，确保优质高效地完成第一次地理国情普查任务，为顺利完成全国地理国情普查任务做出应有贡献。

In June 26th, the first plenary meeting of Nanjing city census leading group held the geographical conditions. Vice mayor of Nanjing City, City Hall census leading group leader Lu Bing attended the meeting and made a speech. Responsible for City Planning Bureau and the 48 leading group member unit and related units attended the meeting.

On the meeting, Lu Bing and Jiangning district district government signed thegeographic conditions survey target responsibility book. City census leading groupoffice is responsible for reporting the geographical conditions of Nanjing citycensus work background, progress and recent work.

On the meeting, Lu Bing to the geographical conditions of census work requirements. One is to clear headed, and attention, to understand the importance of geographical conditions survey; two is to accurately grasp, outstanding key, the full implementation of the geographic conditions survey requirements; three is to clear the responsibility, to co-ordinate collaboration, solid and orderly to promote efficient geographic conditions survey. All relevant departments to further unify thinking, make clear the task, form resultant force, ensure quality and efficientcompletion of the first geographic conditions survey mission, and make due contributions to the successful completion of the national geographic conditionssurvey mission.
