为深入贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于促进地理信息产业发展的意见》，6月23日，江苏省测绘地理信息局召开局长会，就地理信息产业发展进行专题研究，明确了江苏省地理信息产业的发展目标和重点领域，提出了市场监管、人才建设、财政税收支持等方面的保障措施。

会议提出，地理信息产业是国家和省委、省政府加快培育和发展的战略性新兴产业之一，对推动江苏经济社会科学发展、助推发展方式转型升级具有重要意义。要通过政策推动，逐步形成涵盖地理信息获取、加工、开发、应用和装备制造、软件研发、系统集成的成熟产业链，发展若干实力雄厚、具有国际竞争力的大型企业和龙头企业，培育一批充满活力的中小型企业，建成有影响的省级产业园和北斗卫星导航产业化基地，带动全省地理信息产业整体发展，到2020年，全省地理信息产业及相关产业年总产值超过1500亿元。

会议根据江苏地理信息产业的现状及实际，确定了六个重点发展领域，即推进地理信息基础设施建设，完善产业发展平台体系，加快发展航航空遥感数据获取和加工能力，强化地理信息软件研发和装备制造，大力发展地理信息与导航定位融合服务，推进地理信息开放共享和深度应用。为确保实现各项发展目标，计划采取多个方面的保障措施，如优化对产业发展的服务，规范地理信息市场，加快科技创新和人才队伍建设，加大财政支持力度，落实相关税收优惠政策，加大融资支持力度，加强组织领导和工作协调等。

会议要求，下一步应广泛征求省相关厅局意见建议，为省政府代拟关于促进地理信息产业发展的实施意见并下发各市、县及省各有关单位，明确任务分工，落实工作责任，确保各项任务措施落到实处，尽快取得实效。

The meeting according to the present situation and the practice of Jiangsugeographic information industry, has identified six key areas of development, to promote the construction of geographic information infrastructure facilities, improve the system of industrial development, accelerate the development of aerospaceremote sensing data acquisition and processing capacity, strengthen the geography information software R & D and manufacturing equipment, vigorously develop the geographic information and navigation and positioning integrationservices, promote open geographic information sharing and application. To ensure the achievement of the development goals, plans to take safeguard measures in many aspects, such as the optimization of industrial development services,standardize the geographic information market, accelerate technological innovation and talent team construction, increase financial support, the implementation of the relevant preferential tax policies, increase funding support, strengthen organizational leadership and coordination etc..
