6月17日，北京市测绘设计研究院与北京建筑大学联合举行北京高等学校“城乡建设与管理（测绘地理信息）”产学研联合研究生培养基地挂牌签约仪式。双方主要领导出席仪式。

北京院院长温宗勇在揭牌仪式上表示，北京院具有专业实践能力强、业界知名度高的特点，北京建筑大学则具有优质人才丰富、产学研经验丰富的特点。双方拟开展的合作，对北京院来讲，是促进教育与科技、教育与经济紧密结合，发挥院校双方科技、技术人员的优势，构建院技术高新、增强自主创新能力的需要，是推进院在职职工研究生教育培训方式的创新，为院人才培养提供了更加灵活的机制；对北京建筑大学来说，则是充分利用社会资源与社会的实际需求相结合，扩展了高层次人才培养空间，是高等教育事业发展的需要，同时也为人才培养提供了一个新的模式，能够较大程度地提高研究生竞争力及就业能力，提升教师专业实践能力。

仪式上，温宗勇和北京建筑大学校长朱光共同为“城乡建设与管理（测绘地理信息）”产学研联合研究生培养基地揭牌。双方有关领导代表双方在《北京高等学校“城乡建设与管理”（测绘地理信息）产学研培养基地共同建设框架协议书》上签字。双方议定，将在提供全日制研究生研究实践平台、培养专业学位硕士研究生、提升在职专业教师专业实践能力、共同开展科学研究等方面加强合作。

北京院与北京建筑大学合作历史悠久，多年来，北京建筑大学向北京院输送了大量测绘地理信息科技、技术、管理类人才。本次合作协议的签订，将逐步加深双方合作的深度和广度，对促进北京院与北京建筑大学产学研合作将起到积极作用。

Beijing Institute and the Beijing construction university has a long history, over the years, Beijing University of architecture and transport a large number of Surveying and mapping geographic information technology, technology, management talent to the Beijing hospital. Signed the cooperation agreement, both sides will deepencooperation in depth and breadth, will play a positive role in promoting the cooperation of Beijing academy and Beijing University of architecture.
