6月17日，陕西省第一次全国地理国情普查领导小组办公室召开第四次会议，传达贯彻国务院第一次地理国情普查领导小组办公室在浙江德清县举办的第一次全国地理国情普查现场交流会会议精神，学习国家局库热西局长、李维森副局长讲话，并对陕西局西部地区地理国情普查和陕西省地理国情普查工作做出部署。陕西省地普办、陕西局有关领导，省地普办组织实施组、质量控制组、综合宣传组、财务监督组、成果资料组以及局属承担单位相关负责人参加会议。

会议要求，一是各单位一把手要高度重视，进度加快，工作扎实，普查工作稳步推进。二是各单位要细化管理，挖掘潜力，确保西部和省普查顺利开展。三是各单位要重视安全生产和保密工作。四是各工作组要通力配合，加强宣传。

会议强调，一是各工作组和各单位负责人要改变工作方式，深入一线，多巡查，多了解进展、质量情况、存在的问题等，多开现场会，在一线解决问题。二是各单位要想办法增强内部交流，统一技术思路，避免多次返工。三是加强质量检查验收情况通报。四是组织实施组和综合宣传组配合给省政府报告第一次全国地理国情普查现场交流会的会议精神和要求。五是陕西局对于下一步工作要安排部署到位，重点是抓紧落实。六是高度重视安全生产工作，时刻牢记血的教训。七是结合全省实际情况，探索性地进行“边普查、边监测、边应用”。

会上，省地普办各工作组及局属各项目承担单位负责人汇报了近期普查进展情况、存在的问题与建议及后期计划。

The meeting stressed, one is the working groups and the units responsible for the people to change their work style, in-depth first-line, multiple inspections, toprogress, quality, problems, open field, solve the problem in the first. Two units toenhance internal communication, unified technical ideas, avoid repeated rework.Three is to strengthen the quality inspection and acceptance. The four is to organize the implementation of group and comprehensive advocacy group with theprovincial government report to the first national census geographic conditions on spot exchange meeting of the spirit and requirements. Five is the Shaanxi Bureaufor the next step work arrangements in place, the focus is to implement. Six is toattach great importance to production safety work, keep in mind that the lesson of blood. The seven is a combination of the actual situation in the province,exploration on "edge, edge, edge census monitoring application".
