为进一步推进行政审批制度改革，规范测绘地理信息行政许可行为，近日，河北省地理信息局修订测绘资质审批程序规定、建立相对独立的平面坐标系统审批程序规定、测绘计量检定人员资格审批程序规定、永久性测量标志拆迁审批程序规定、地图审核程序规定、对外提供属于国家秘密的测绘成果审批程序规定、国家涉密基础测绘成果资料提供使用审批程序规定等8项行政许可项目审批程序规定。

规定明确了审批流程和办结时限，附有测绘地理信息行政许可项目审批运行流程图，管理相对人可根据流程图清晰便捷地申请行政许可项目审批。规定简化了审批环节，压缩了审批时限，落实了两岗审核终结制度。
