6月17日，黑龙江省防汛办副主任王岩一行4人专程到黑龙江测绘地理信息局，就2014年防汛测绘保障准备工作和防洪风险图编制任务进行协商会谈。

省防汛办领导认真观看了测绘应急监测车应急车前期工作成果及操作演示，详细了解了无人机飞行作业能力，对黑龙江局测绘保障能力及装备情况有了进一步认识。省防汛办对黑龙江局在2013年防汛应急保障工作中的突出表现给予肯定，并希望黑龙江局利用先进的测绘地理信息技术，做好测绘防汛应急保障，在7月15日主汛期汛情来临前，紧急完成2014年重点险工弱段的防洪风险图等工作，确保全省人民的生命财产安全。 

黑龙江局表示，作为省政府防汛抗旱指挥部重要成员单位，提供测绘应急保障服务是测绘部门职责所在，黑龙江局将按照全省防汛抗旱工作视频会议要求，认真落实陆昊省长关于“提高防汛抗洪应急反应能力建设”的指示精神，全面进入汛期防汛应急工作状态，科学制定防洪分险图制作方案，合理谋划任务规模和成果表现形式，为防汛工作做好准备，全力以赴与省水利部门紧密配合，做好防汛保障工作，为黑龙江社会经济发展保驾护航。双方还就加强合作、防汛信息化建设、省级风险图制作工程等事宜交换了意见。
