为拓展“天地图·湖南”在文化和旅游领域的应用，促进地理信息服务与“古村古镇”、“旅游风情小镇”等文化遗产保护的协同创新，日前，湖南省地图院与衡阳师范学院签订了“古村古镇文化遗产数字化传承深度合作框架协议”。双方将聚集技术力量和科研优势，协同推进全国古村古镇及其文化遗产的数字化保护与开发。

依据合作协议，作为全省首批2011协同创新中心之一的衡阳师范学院，将与地图院在文化基因提取、数据生产加工、文化遗产数字化关键技术研究、天地图公共服务平台展陈、多媒体科普宣传、成果地图集、地理信息人才培养等多方面开展技术合作。

今年的6月14日是我国第九个文化遗产日。湖南省地图院相关负责人表示，合作将致力于实现“古村古镇”的专题数据融于全省地理信息数据库，以应用于“天地图·湖南”、“地理地图网”等网络平台，向社会提供知名古村古镇等数字化时空信息及地图服务，提升公众传承保护文化遗产的意识。

To expand the application of "day map of Hunan" in the cultural and tourist areas,promote the geographic information service and the "Village town", "tourism style town" and the protection of the cultural heritage of the collaborative innovation,recently, the map of Hunan province college and Hengyang Normal Universitysigned a "village Gu Zhenwen heritage digital transmission depth cooperation framework agreement". The two sides will gather technical strength and advantages of scientific research, development and protection of the National Digital ancient towns and its cultural heritage.

According to the cooperation agreement, as the first 2011 collaborative innovation center of Hengyang Normal University, extraction, and the map of homes in culturalgene data processing, cultural heritage research, key technology of digital map of public service platform of exhibition, multimedia propaganda, results of geographic information, personnel training and other aspects to carry out technicalcooperation.

The year of June 14th is China's ninth cultural heritage day. Map of Hunan Province, the relevant responsible person said, cooperation will be committed to achieving the "thematic data Village town" in the province's geographic information database, to apply to the "day map, Hunan", "geographical map network" network platform, provide the famous ancient towns and other digital to social space-time information and map service, enhance the public the inheritance of cultural heritage protection consciousness.
