5月22日，《宜宾市〈四川省测绘管理条例〉实施办法》正式出台。

实施办法依据上位法律、法规和规章规定，充分结合宜宾市实际，重点在市、县测绘地理信息行政主管部门职责、基础测绘、项目管理、成果管理和测绘行政执法等方面作进一步细化规定。办法理顺了市、县两级测绘地理信息行政主管部门的关系，明确了基础测绘实施主体和程序，强化了测绘项目审核与备案制度，制定了测绘成果使用与质量检验规则，对测绘行政执法提出要求。

实施办法的制订历时一年有余。为使实施办法兼具合法性、科学性和可操作性，制订期间，宜宾市测绘地理信息局广泛征集了有关部门意见，市人大、市政府法制办多次修改进行完善，最终经宜宾市人民政府常务会审议通过。

实施办法作为该市开展测绘地理信息工作的重要保障，将进一步规范各类测绘活动，有效提升测绘地理信息管理与服务水平。

Formulate lasted for more than a year implementation measures. In order to make the implementation of both the legitimacy, rationality and operability, established during the Yibin Bureau of Surveying and mapping, geographic information widelysolicited the views of relevant departments, the Legal Affairs Office of the Municipal People's Congress, City Hall several amendments to improve, and ultimately by the Yibin Municipal People's government ChangWuHui deliberationby.

Implementation measures as an important guarantee for the city to carry out surveying and mapping geographic information work, will further standardize all kinds of Surveying and mapping activities, effectively promote the surveying and mapping geographic information management and service level.
