目前，黑龙江省第一次全国地理国情普查工作已全面展开，为了营造全社会关心、支持地理国情普查的良好氛围，推进普查工作顺利开展，黑龙江测绘地理信息局精心策划、创新形式、丰富载体，全面加大宣传力度，广泛深入地开展地理国情普查的宣传工作，为黑龙江省第一次全国地理国情普查顺利实施鼓劲造势、凝聚力量。

一是在黑龙江省第一次全国地理国情普查领导小组办公室下设立宣传保障组，专门负责地理国情的宣传实施工作，包括国情普查宣传工作的计划与实施、协调省委宣传部和省内各媒体、指导和监督项目承担单位的宣传工作。二是制定《黑龙江省第一次全国地理国情普查工作宣传方案》，明确宣传目标，宣传内容、工作要求和职责分工，把国情普查工作作为今年宣传工作的重中之重。三是制作黑龙江省第一次全国地理国情普查专题网站，及时通报国家局、黑龙江局及项目各承担单位开展国情普查工作的相关情况，网站已累计刊发普查工作相关报道120余篇。四是印发国情普查工作简报，及时通报国情普查相关工作动态，方便各级领导和相关人员了解普查工作进展情况，不断加深对普查的认识和重视程度，黑龙江省副省长、省第一次全国地理国情普查领导小组组长于莎燕多次听取普查工作进展情况汇报并作指示。五是精心制作国情普查室内外宣传展示板，传达国家对普查工作的有关精神和要求，普查的意义、目的和内容，全国第一次地理国情普查以及黑龙江第一次全国地理国情普查的进展情况和取得的阶段性成果，以更为形象生动的方式宣传国情普查。六是加强与省电视台、黑龙江日报及东北网等省内主要媒体的沟通联系，及时跟踪报道普查工作的进展和成果。5月26日出版的《黑龙江日报》第三版以《测绘大军向黑土地进发——黑龙江省第一次全国地理国情普查工作全面展开》为题，专版宣传黑龙江省国情普查工作，加深社会对地理国情普查工作的认识和了解，进一步争取社会各界的支持与配合。七是安排部署项目实施单位设立国情普查宣传信息员，定时报送宣传信息。项目各实施单位均在测区驻地及单位门口等醒目位置，悬挂了国情普查宣传标语口号，为国情普查营造氛围。八是发动职工撰写国情普查工作札记，记录普查工作感悟，已收到职工工作札记30余篇，并推荐优秀稿件参加“感知地理国情普查”征文活动，有4篇稿件被刊登在《中国测绘报》。九是在中国科技核心期刊《测绘与空间地理信息》的封底、封二等显著位置，连续刊登第一次全国地理国情普查的标识、宣传口号、彩色公益广告及有关内容，并在原印刷数量基础上每期加印3000册，向涉及地理国情普查工作的黑龙江省各级政府及有关部门广泛赠送，目前已累计印发9000册。同时还开展了国情普查科技论文征集活动，共征集论文100余篇，其中70余篇被《测绘与空间地理信息》杂志录用。在《黑龙江年鉴（2013卷）》封二制作“黑龙江省地理国情普查”专版，用图文并茂的形式，刊登了地理国情普查科普知识、省政府相关文件精神以及普查进展情况，为社会各界更深入地了解地理国情普查工作提供了平台。十是把地理国情普查宣传融入到测绘法和国家版图意识宣传教育活动之中，制作专题宣传海报2万份，将在中国——俄罗斯博览会和“8·29”测绘法宣传日活动现场发放。局团委还将组织青年志愿者开展国情宣传主题活动，提高群众对普查工作的认识和了解。
