第一次全国地理国情普查工作总体时间已过半程，陕西省正充分发挥技术、人才、组织、装备等优势，全面投入行业精兵强将，确保普查各项生产任务按计划推进。

为应对普查时间紧、任务重、难度大等挑战，省地普办制定了《陕西省第一次全国地理国情普查专业队伍遴选办法》，动员全省测绘地信行业优秀力量，在全省范围遴选出15支技术过硬、实力强劲，市场信誉和成果质量优良的专业队伍参与普查，在集中普查力量的同时进一步推动了行业单位发展壮大。为规范普查专业队伍的管理，省地普办要求各普查单位整合生产资源，加大力量投入，保证通过技术培训的人员都能投入普查，确保普查进度；对各专业队伍普查人员开展技术培训和考核，先期1245人获发普查工作证。

普查实施过程中，省地普办开展了普查分项设计编制工作，完成普查内业解译采集与底图制作、外业调查、内业编辑整理与基本统计三项分项设计，统一了技术口径，规范了生产标准；编制印发了普查安全生产管理办法和应急预案，对人员、车辆、仪器、资料等的安全管理做出规定，并要求外业队员人手配备安全生产监控系统。同时，省地普办不断加强组织管理和检查督促，每周统计汇总普查生产进度，派出检查组深入生产一线现场督导。2014年4月，省地普办派出两个检查组，赴各普查专业队伍开展普查试生产的监督检查和成果认定工作，有效促进了各单位的组织管理、技术培训、装备配备、资料搜集、生产实施和质量控制等业务全面进步。

目前，首批基础测绘数据、影像数据和专题数据等资料已分发至各普查队伍，近2000名普查工作人员已在全省82个区县铺开作业，占总任务量的77%。

The census implementation process, provincial general office to carry out the design work item survey, the completion of the census within the industry,interpretation of acquisition and the base map production, field investigation,within the industry, editing and basic statistics three item design, unified technical specifications, standardized production standards; issued in the preparation of themeasures for the administration of production safety census and contingency plans safety management of personnel, vehicles, equipment, materials,regulations, and requirements of industry staff team equipped with safetyproduction monitoring system. At the same time, provincial general office strengthened management and supervision and inspection, statistical summary ofcensus weekly production schedule, sent inspection teams on-site supervisionfurther production line. In 2014 April, provincial general office sent two inspection teams, supervision and inspection and the results of the census to census carried out trial production of professional teams that work, effectively promote theorganization management, each unit of technical training, equipment, data collection, production and quality control services overall progress.

At present, the first batch of basic surveying and mapping data, image data and thematic data has been distributed to each survey team, nearly 2000 census workers in the province 82 counties spread task, the total amount of task 77%.
