6月12日，重庆市地理信息中心与重庆地理地图书店联合推出《重庆瀑布地图》，首次对重庆全市主要瀑布景观30多处进行了全面的介绍和展示。地图推出后，重庆晚报、重庆晨报、重庆商报、重庆时报和大渝网、华龙网等重庆市内主要媒体进行了报道，重庆市政府网专栏推荐，引发了市民对重庆瀑布景观的讨论。
