6月11日,吉林省测绘地理信息局与吉林省气象局战略合作协议签署仪式在长春举行。吉林省测绘地信局局长张立民、副局长张凤赞，吉林省气象局局长赵国强、副局长孙力、张爱民等领导出席签约仪式。 

张立民在会上指出，吉林省测绘地理信息局在省委、省政府的大力支持下，全局基础设施、装备、技术、人才、科技等各个方面取得长足进步和发展，测绘地理信息服务保障已经在党政部门管理决策、重大工程规划建设、突发事件应急处置、产业发展、保障民生等方面发挥出极大的作用。他指出，近年来吉林省气象事业蓬勃发展，让“测绘人”看到了“气象人”的精神风貌、敬业精神和对气象公益事业所做的杰出贡献。长期以来，省测绘地理信息局与省气象局保持着良好的合作基础，双方共建吉林省卫星定位参考站综合服务系统（JLCORS），开启了两家共同建设公益性基础设施的先河，双方积极投身公益事业，合作前景十分广阔。今后省测绘地理信息局要继续做好为气象部门的服务保障工作，充分发挥各自优势，为促进吉林省经济社会发展做出新的、更大的贡献。 

赵国强在致辞中表示，吉林省测绘地理信息事业在为社会提供应急保障和灾后重建方面，发挥了积极的、不可替代的作用。近年来，省测绘地理信息局为省气象局提供了诸多服务，对生态省建设，精细化气象预报等工作提供了有力保障。随着社会对气象预报和灾害预警提出更高的要求，战略合作协议的签署是大势所需，对气象部门进一步提高气象精细化预报水平，提升防灾减灾能力有着极大的促进作用。 

根据协议，双方将充分发挥各自优势，在激光雷达技术应用、吉林省卫星定位参考站综合服务系统（JLCORS）应用维护和测绘地理信息成果提供和信息资源共享等方面，开展广泛深入的战略合作，对提高吉林省测绘地理信息和气象信息服务水平，发展壮大全省地理信息产业将起到重要的促进作用。

Zhang Limin points out on the meeting, Jilin Province Bureau of Surveying and mapping geographic information in support of provincial Party committee,provincial government, has made great progress and development of various global infrastructure, equipment, technology, talent, technology and other aspects of Surveying and mapping, geographic information service has been ingovernment management decision-making, major project planning and construction, emergency disposal, industrial development, livelihood security plays a great role. He pointed out that, in recent years the rapid development of Jilin Province meteorological service, let "mapping people" see "the weather man" spirit,dedication and the meteorological public welfare contribution. For a long time,surveying and mapping Geographic Information Bureau and the provincial meteorological bureau maintains a good basis for cooperation, the two sides to build Jilin province satellite positioning reference station integrated service system(JLCORS), opened two public infrastructure construction common ground, both sides actively join the public welfare undertakings, very broad prospects for cooperation. Future Geographic Information Bureau of Surveying and mapping, we should continue to work for the service of meteorological departments, give full play to their respective advantages, make new, greater contributions to promote economic and social development of Jilin province.

Zhao Guoqiang said in his speech, Jilin Province Survey and mapping geographic information industry in providing emergency support for the society and post disaster reconstruction, played a positive, irreplaceable role. In recent years,Geographic Information Bureau of Surveying and mapping, provides manyservices to the Provincial Meteorological Bureau, the construction of Ecological Province, to provide a strong guarantee of fine weather forecast etc.. Along with the society put forward higher requirements for weather forecasting and disaster warning, signed a strategic cooperation agreement is needed on the trend, the meteorological departments to further improve the weather fine forecast level,plays an important role in improving the capacity of disaster prevention and mitigation.

According to the agreement, the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages, station integrated service system in reference application, laser radartechnology in Jilin province satellite positioning (JLCORS) application maintenanceand surveying and mapping results of geographic information providing andsharing of information resources, to carry out strategic cooperation, to enhance the Jilin Province surveying and mapping geographic information andmeteorological information service level, development grow and geographic information industry will play an important role in promoting.
